He graduated in Dynamic and Clinical Psychology at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome. He then started working as an Active Employment Policies Consultant for Capitale Lavoro S.p.A., an in-house company of the Province of Rome, where he carried out Organisational Climate Analysis and individual and group support within the Employment Guidance Service of Rome’s job centres.
He went on to collaborate with several HR consultancies - both in the area of recruiting and training and development - where he worked in both public and private facilities.
He has designed complex training plans for European and Inter-professional funds. He worked as a freelance trainer for the Scuola Superiore della Pubblica Amministrazione (School of the Public Administration), and lectures on Soft Skills within training courses for Public Administration managers.
Honorary fellow and designer at Professor Viviana Langher’s "Intervention design and verification" chair at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, he is an expert in relational contexts and group dynamics and in 2012 he joined the DB Studium & Partners team as an Associate Partner.
