He began his work experience in the banking sector at the Istituto Italiano di Credito Fondiario in the Human Resources Department achieving an experience of about twenty years in all related areas – management, training, trade union relations, performance evaluation and incentive systems, judicial litigation, corporate reorganization projects – reaching the position of Head of HR Department. After this experience, he covered the role of Director of the Strategic Evaluation and Control Service and the position of Head of the President's Secretariat at the Regione Lazio for a period of five years.
Afterwards he held the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Fondazione Policlinico Tor Vergata for six years. Up to now he has also cooperated as a consultant with numerous Companies, Public Entities and Ecclesiastical Organizations dealing with the reorganization and relaunch of territorial productive sectors including tourism. In 2021 he has begun his collaboration with the DB Studium & Partners Team in the role of Executive Partner.
