A graduate in Law from "La Sapienza" University in Rome, he started working in the Alitalia Group where he held positions of increasing responsibility: Head of Management and Trade Union Relations for Southern Italy Personnel, then Foreign Personnel and then Seafaring Personnel (seconded to the subsidiary ATI), lastly Head of Industrial Relations for Group Personnel. He then moved on to the company Aeroporti di Roma, where he held the positions of Director of Personnel and Organisation, Director of Ciampino Airport and Commercial Director. He has been working as a management consultant since September 2000. In recent years he has been particularly interested in: Executive Search, HR Development and Management Consulting. After more than 10 years' experience in a consultancy firm belonging to a prestigious international network, he founded DB Studium & Partners in 2000, of which he is now Honorary Chairman.
