A psychologist and group analyst, she is a freelance consultant and trainer for public and private organisations. She is a temporary lecturer at the Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione (National School of Administration), at the Department of Management, Organisation and Human Resources, she designs and leads courses on management, soft skills and human resources management. An organisational analyst, she deals with mapping and redesigning organisational processes, reallocating human resources, assessing potential and recruitment, as well as designing and delivering training and other interventions for the dissemination of innovation and change management.
She works as an expert within the twinning project promoted by the European Community to support the Reform of the Albanian Public Administration, where she deals with organisational analysis, redesign and implementation of the ASPA- Albanian School of Public Administration change and development project. A specialist in group dynamics, she is an expert in the use of active teaching methods and experiential training techniques. She joined DB Studium & Partners as Associate Partner in 2015.
