Born in Brussels, he lives in Rome where he graduated in Law from the “La Sapienza” University.
Over his 33-year career, he has developed in-depth professional experience in the field of Human Resources in a number of companies/institutions, including Aeroporti di Roma, Alitalia, Sigma Tau Farmaceutica, Radio Dimensione Suono, Minimega Pubblicità, Regione Lazio, 3g and Costa Crociere, holding the position of Head of the various functions of the Personnel Department (HR management, union/industrial relations, recruitment and training, personnel administration, assessment and development, organisational development, safety at work, general services and logistics) and as Director of Personnel and Organisation.
Recently, partly as a result of the strong personal and professional relationships he has built up over time with his partners, he entered the world of consultancy and began working with DB Studium & Partners as an Executive Partner.
