After graduating in Law in Rome, he began his career in the corporate world shortly afterwards, gaining extensive experience in Human Resources Management.
Throughout his 30-year career, he has held managerial positions in both small and large companies, as well as in different product sectors. These include Telecom, Alitalia, SETEFI and Depobank, where, in a career path that led him to the role of Personnel Director, he found himself managing phases of growth and development, as well as situations of crisis and profound reorganisation, some of which were particularly critical and with considerable exposure and visibility at national level. During these situations, he established professional links with public bodies and institutions, as well as consolidating long-standing relationships with some of Italy's leading labour law firms.
At the beginning of 2020, he decided to put his experience to use in the consulting business by joining the DB Studium & Partners team as an Executive Partner .
